What CaseRating does

CaseRating.com provides public product information. Account creation, case setup, document upload, and analysis take place inside the authenticated CaseRating application.

Information you provide

When you continue to CaseRating, you may provide account details, case descriptions, documents, images, communications, and other records. Only upload materials you are authorized to use. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information.

How information is used

Information submitted in CaseRating is used to organize your matter, analyze the records you provide, identify possible strengths and gaps, and present practical next steps. The resulting assessment is informational and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Security and access

CaseRating requires an authenticated account before case materials can be uploaded or viewed. Case records and stored evidence are associated with the authenticated user and case. No online system can promise absolute security, so use a strong, unique password and protect access to your account.

Service providers

CaseRating relies on infrastructure, storage, authentication, and analysis providers to operate the service. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to deliver the product and maintain its security and reliability.

Your choices

You decide what records to provide and whether to act on an assessment. For questions about your information or a deletion request, contact hello@caserating.com.

CaseRating is not a law firm. Using the service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
